Ingredients for 14 brownies:
❤ 250 gr. of sweet-and.sour chocolate (60-64% cocoa)
❤ 1 cup + 2 spoons of butter cutted into little pieces
❤ 5 eggs lightly whisked
❤ 3 1/2 superfine sugar cups
❤ 3 spoons bakery flour

Cut the chocolate into pieces. Place it into a medium bowl and add the butter. Now put the bowl over a saucepan full of boiling water until the ingredients have been melted. Now mix all of them and place into a bigger container. Reserve. Preheat the oven to 325º, sift the sugar and flour together and pour the chocolate. Add the eggs and mix well. Cover and let the dough stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, while the dough will become dense. Pour it into molds. Bake it from 30 to 35 minutes. At the end the will be still humid. After that the dough will increase and it will decrease after going cold.
